Though that’d be more like Excalibur, since the sword of selection/sword in the stone is just regular Caliburn iirc.

You can reach and say because Arthur himself is connected to the red dragon of Britain, you can justify him having the red dragon lightning spells.

You can also get away with using Bolt of Gransax as a 2nd weapon too if you also give him the red dragon lightning stuff.

In the Original Arthurian Mythos Excalibur didn’t do anything. It was just a regular sword. The thing that DID do something was its sheathe. The sheathe prevented harm befalling anyone who had it, which made Arthur invincible.

If I remember Fragmented Passage is the super condensed version of Union X and the leaders/conflict. While Union X covers the perspective of being under one of those leaders with a more fleshed out story.
