The good thing about faith is that once you get a high enough Faith you can just set everything to mana flasks. Cause you end up with high enough FP bar that an FP flask will give you more healing than an HP flask

Cause the healing spells restore your entire HP bar for like at least 1/2 -> 1/3 FP bar
