Curved Swords and Rapiers have a heavy cancel.

Curved Swords backflip out of the way and Rapiers backstep while extending their sword to hit you.

You just have to press Dodge when you’re charging heavy for either of those

I just fought morgott and killed him on my first try with very minimal effort

these dragon attacks aren't doing anything

Dragon attacks are Faith spells

And Arcane

But I think it’s mostly determined by Faith because it’s used with a Seal

Which usually scales with Faith

So you’d have to up your faith for the Incantations to do more damage under usual circumstances

However

There is 1 seal that scales with Int

This one

So if you still wanna moonveil and cast sorceries with a separate staff, your best bet is this seal

Just know that you still need to invest in Faith a bit to equip it, but at least you get a seal that scales with Int. Which I think is one of your main stats as you’re going with Moonveil

Which is Dex/Int

I’m not sure if that will solve the dragon attacks doing less damage cause of the whole, they only have faith requirements.

So if you notice that they do more damage, then that’s good. Not too certain that will solve the problem with an Int scaling seal cause all the info is new/I haven’t hybrid faith and int myself

I still think Rare is a great company

I don't think they went to crap when Microsoft bought them in 2002, I think their games were always good

I personally loved Grabbed by the Ghoulies, Kameo, Perfect Dark Zero, Viva Piñata, Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, Killer Instinct 2013, Sea of Thieves, and Battletoads 2020

And I'm excited to see what they do with everwild

So yeah, I still love their games and don't think they're stupid compared to their SNES/N64 classics

Depends. You’ll reset the world which means more stuff. But like you lose progress on quests you’ve been working on and stuff.

And your graces get reset.

For pure gameplay purposes, yeah you can probably reset if you want a fresh playthrough.

But like, since Larval Tears are apparently farmable in Nokron - for a pure PvP perspective, nah it ain’t worth.

So it depends

You do however get access to weapons again so you’d be able to dual wield specific weapons which only have 1 instance in base.
