The character models look so weird in cutscenes. No emotions. Eyeballs look spaced out. Lots of graphical glitches too. Like all these little dots forming through the characters. Vice city in particular doesnt have the full soundtrack from the original. The special film grain or hue isnt there either. It doesnt have that special miami vice 80s vibe anymore.
