She's not good at aura, trigger, she has no shielding capabilities, she has a res but its locked behind her C6 so that's not even an option. She can't sub dps.

Basically because the only thing she does is heal when she's on field, for late game content she's a waste of a team slot.

Diona, a 4 Star cryo support, is better than her in so many ways.
