Vitality is pretty good for Stamina I think? But not too much if you aren’t doing a heavy build. If you’re liking a lotta the fast weapons then Dex is definitely the way to go. If you lean towards more of the great swords/hard hitting ones then Str will be the one you want to build

Second phase has the same moveset, he's added fire to his attacks but will be alone.

Pretty sure they can also be staggered.
