Both Resin and Gacha need to be looked at for player retention. Or they need to showcase that they’re going to be generous in giving out more primogems in events.

#

Gacha make their money by either screwing you in summoning (low rates and/or dupe system), or screwing you with randomized gear so that even if you pull a character you have to gear them well. Genshin does both.
