Sombra just doesn't see a reason anymore to stay with Talon because Vendetta's objective is not for her. Also she wants to save Sigma.

All of the remaining members are fine with Vendetta because it works for them

Moira can continue her experiments and get even more funds.
Mauga just likes chaos and is a maniac.
Talon also got new partners like Ashe, Domina, Emre and Freja (though both of these are forced to be there).

With Doomfist, Talon was less of a direct evil organization but more of an organization that pulls the strings. They are one of the main partners for the cause of Null Sector attacks etc.
Vendetta though, she just wants power and to take over after Talon took everything from her.

There is also still Ramattra and the Conspiracy in the background waiting for their turn as antagonistic groups.

Also even if the story didn't really progress for years, it created the base for these characters so at the same time its also wrong to say Overwatch had no story for all these years.

This is better than Sombra, Reaper and Widow staying in Talon forever and advances their characters way better.

Also three of them still have ongoing stories besides Talon, such as Sombra.

I really hate this

in the same interview she also said the skin team would make only Wrecking Ball skins if they were given a chance but they can't (he hasnt gotten one for 2 years)

so like they are basically forced to make more Kiriko, Mercy, Juno skins because thats where the money comes from

but like they are so money hungry, they are ALWAYS forced to include them

there hasnt been a single skin line really that doesnt include either Kiriko, Mercy or Juno

like Kiriko is in so many skinlines that makes no sense for her to be in
