I did some research, development of games remains in japan where generative Ai is not in their interest (makes sense Square Enix is a historically art first/famous art collaborator for their projects). However the western branches who don’t have a hand in development, they want to shift Quality Assurance to be automated and want to use AI for it. So it’s just another silicon valley influence on a western branch thats eventually going to shoot them selves in the foot once the bubble bursts

Coz I see it everywhere, I want people to know that a bubble bursting isnt like a day and night thing. It’s just something that gradually fizzles out. But so many factors already show it’s not sustainable. They still don’t know how to monetise it, the biggest players in this game need to lie about what their company/product is actually capable of, it is billions in debt before making a profit, social media useage has dropped by a wide margin since the “ai boom”, theres a rising incentive to want “human made products” already despite fully “Ai made” services havent even hit mainstream yet
