That's the same with me. I'm only on PS4 so I haven't been the one to notice it. But the fact of the matter is 60 FPS is much, much much more smoother. It's extremely distinguishable if you look at any half decent PC gameplay where there usually is 60 FPS. Personally, I'd much rather take amazing performance across the board than 5000k Ultra HD with 30 FPS.

considering zarya is one of the best tanks it makes sense why hes not played as much
the best tanks atm are winston dva zarya
winston counters zarya, zarya counters dva and dva counters winston
since sigma loses to winston and zarya hes less good, even though his kit is more useful overall

except doom and junkerqueen theyre the worst tanks to play atm
