Also people have different class affinities so iirc Noah and Sena level attacker classes fast, Mio and Lanz level defender classes fast, and Eunie and Taion level healer classes fast.

Ch 5 - Soulhacker class/story spoilers for XC3 || Basically Mobius guy has been alive for a long while, so he’s very “forgetful” but has the capacity to learn a lot of moves. He has no Master Arts, BUT has the capacity to learn any art in the game by defeating boss/unique monsters. If you played XC2 he’s kinda like Poppi/Zenobia combined together. Completely customizable, but you have to go back and find the bosses ||

Oh speaking of XC3, just discovered something. You know how you can change the focus of attack in XC3 where they can either focus a single target or do whatever they want?
When you focus a target before a fight, your party attacks the monster before you do. So if you don’t want aggro as an attacker do that.
Basically, “Focus Attack” works as the party’s green light to go in, because “do anything” makes them wait for you to engage the enemy first.
