- the muscle form and skinny form is not canonically that visually literal, it's just an extreme exaggeration to show how all might has carried the world on his shoulders to the point that he's literally withering away under the mask
- the muscle form is more symbolic, it shows how OFA was perfectly suited for All Might, so deku doesn't get one because he OFA isn't a perfect fit for him nor is it a real part of him as a person, it acts as more of an external factor that he has to react and respond to
- the muscle form is symbolic, it's not really a OFA form, it's an All Might form. It represents him being a hero, not being powerful
