That's why some elements from TUM, like the special chapters for the movies or other chapters, can fit into the timeline until Horikoshi writes something that contradicts them.

Also why Dragon Ball have a bunch of sequels and spin offs that doesn't connect with eachother unless Toriyama/Toyotaro say otherwise
