To even pay with PayPal I need to either open an account (which I can’t do) or use my dad’s account. He isnt the type of guy who thinks buying online art is worth his money, so even if I did convince him it would take a lot of convincing. I have an allowance, and I spend it on Robux because I can and it’s easy to and he doesn’t question it bc he knows it’s in-game currency.

Robux is used often as a trading currency for artists, since it’s easy to access and people can happily pay prices worth real money. It benefits the artist since they WANT to get payed in Robux and also the commissioner (me) who can only pay in Robux (Without hassling my parents).

PayPal accounts can only be opened once you’re over 18, and I’m pretty sure they ask for ID verification as well. Even if they didn’t normally, they probably would bc Brazil now has that “age verification with face/id” law that’s in Australia and the UK.

It would be nice, and I’ve been going through the works with my parents to open a bank account in the first place but PayPal isnt one of the services that offers a minor bank account with parental supervision like we have in Brazil (Nu Bank, Inter, etc.)
