3. Screen record the audio you want
4. Go to capcut, start a project with the clips you recorded, click "audio", click "extract" pick the audio you recorded, now everything is in the program
5. Just mess around with shortening and lengthening clips and trying to make it fit how you want, if it's an edit you want to be "on beat" with, you can click on the audio, and on the toolbar scroll until you find "beats" and then you can auto generate beats or manually add them, then it's easier to get the clips to match the audio
