Energy just replenishes itself, him charging up is just what his body t does since we all need energy on a day to day basis. Bodies in MHA adapt to quirks, so whatever,energy he produces from sleeping or eating is also counted towards his electrical output.

On the other hand, I think his side effects from discharging happens because he’s releasing energy, his electricity, too fast. If you completely drain your energy, you will pass out completely since you don’t have anything left, and while kaminari doesn’t pass out, his brain fries to a point where it just doesn’t work anymore because of that lack of energy and sustenance.

Text choices as in the same fonts, and the same inverted filter over them. If not the inverted filter it’s just plain white text. I understand it’s taken from the same source material, MHA, but I see a lot of clips from specifically the you can do it episode and from the fight with tomura. Also that one clip of bakugou we all know which one. Editing style is the same as well, but it having the same editing style doesn’t mean it’s the same. All the edits use just clips, no transitions and barely and sort of alteration to the clips. Most of them don’t even use a coloring, just a sharpen overlay. You don’t need transitions for an edit, but when every edit uses the same formula including song which is either a up-beat song or a musical song (usually from a popular musical, like Hamilton) it becomes glaringly obvious that these edits are so close to being the same that you could just copy paste them and change the song to “make a new one”
