Im saying the issue with the rising system is that with the base roster, theres only like a few characters where the rising makes sense, feels like an actual rising. Like shotos Phosphor or Bakugous panzer.

With DLC, I can’t see them going for characters that will make them sit around a white board for hours just trying to come up with a stretch of anything to make something seem feasible for a rising.

So it only leaves us with characters who feel obvious like Spinner, his rising would be the monster mode, Redestro, it’s the stress mode, Mt Lady, big mode, Stars idk she calls in the Fighter jets, like im already stretching with Stars.

Where as if we didn’t have the rising, and still used the plus ultra 2’s that just focused on simple fun 20 second animation, that opens us up for characters like Nana, Kudou, Bruce, Banjo, Ibara, Kamui, Burnin (I guess)
