I think the setup and time technology shenanigans are what I like so much, like the idea of the delorean from the present being upgraded in the future and then being taken to the past where it was buried so that the past version of the guy who buried it could fix it so that they could take it back to the past to save the guy he buried it like 2 days after he buried it
