As I didn’t see many reels so far apart the one you reshared, here a description what one need to do: go to post, select reel, swipe up, select the video, press on add on the top right, press on preview bc nothing needed for editing, press on next, tap on cover, add from camera roll, select the cover image from the picture send here as cover picture, crop profile image the way visible in the second image (it’s just pushing it a bit down to have the graphic and text fully visible), add a description etc and post it.

Another suggestion for an Instagram reel
Idea As having matching outfits is super fun but sometimes your other friends have matching outfits and you just don’t and you feel kinda left out, I created this reel about being single. Not 100% sure if that’s a good fit but that’s a place to suggest it regardless I guess.

As I think there are some steps to consider with reels so the quality works here is step by step guide, feel free to DM me [but ofc also decline the suggestion, I can also post it myself & writing a detailed guide is an attempt to assist not idk be arrogant, you’d be able to figure it out yourself but trying to be helpful ]
1. Press on the 3 Bars on the top right on the menu —> go to Settings —> Account —> Data Usage —> enable high quality uploads to not loose quality
2. Post the reel: go to post, select reel, swipe up, select the video, press on add on the top right, press on preview bc nothing needed for editing, press on next,
3. tap on cover, add from camera roll, select the cover image from the picture send here as cover picture,
4. very important to not have a weird half cut out preview Instagram feed: press on crop profile image and adjust it in the way like shown in the 2nd video (it’s just pushing it a bit down to have the graphic and text fully visible)
5. add a description, hashtags etc and post it.

Optional:
