Recent bans lead to an application getting denied
Severe bans / terrible ban histories in general lead to an app getting denied

Its a position that protects and enforces rules ofc you should stand for that 👀

What Danish meant is that if between your last ban and today was enough time (there was no other ban) it wont get you instant denied and with an outstanding app, other criteria etc you got a good chance that it will work out

Players without bans are getting prioritized though if a player with ban competes with one without bans incase all other criteria is equal/ balanced

I have seen and experimented on gamethrowing rules and how they work in custom game with my brother so yea I know when someone is using an alt, even if they say they don't.

Plus with the release of the desktop version, booting rates increased by atleast 15% percent. If you don't believe me go play 20 ranked games and check every message the player makes in those 20 games. You'll know somethings fishy. Boosting usually occurs during the placement period, where you gain/lose more skill, and you'll usually find a boost account in 1 to 10 games in those placement games. Experience says so.

Have you restarted the app by now? that's probably your only way out

If you got a notification that only means you got a lot of reports in one game -> thats often not even enough to even appear on our screen
If you gather more and more reports you'd appear on our screen and we'd check all and see if its valid, if not and you always sticked to the rules no worries

And if you were banned you'd have a big message on your main screen in game and even then, you could appeal that ban

Well, since there were two villagers (and one villager off) and two wws, there was no need to "keep pretending" since you could have tied the votes and then killed at night (or waited until the med flees). So yes, voting out your team member in a situation where you could have saved them and easily won with your team, it does seem like gamethrowing to me. The seer would have figured out you are a ww the next time they checked you anyways. And as you said, when the ww seer died, it made them realize that there was another ww left, which obv had to be you, so you knew you couldn't win like this, but you gave your only chance to win purposely away by voting your team member. Since you also knew that the bg could still protect (which you also shouldn't have believed so easily. They maybe lied and you could've killed them and still won, but you didn't even try), you obv had no chance without your team member. I would've reported you, too. There is a point where you need to stop pretending, especially at the point where you would be the deciding vote to kill your team member who is the only way for your team to win

But you and your team member could have voted someone else together, so nobody would have died

@granite stone hey I'm pretty sure opening tickets in the app is still disabled due to changes, you can open a ticket with @flat bane in #bot-commands by doing ?report {username} {XP count} so long as they were reported in the match it happened

Unfortunately I myself do have past traumas that were triggered, and while I get that I am always at risk when I play online, There's no need fr that kind of behavior.

I didn't remember to report during that game as I was simply relieved to get away from the player, but I did take screenshots, so I'll try to attach those. I know that other players reported for me.

Guardians are very busy right now. They are not many, while the number of people to ban / answer to in tickets is very high. Please keep in mind they are normal humans with an everyday life.
It's the same for everyone, and tickets are handled in order. Please don't say the don't care about players as they do this voluntarily on their free time, without any obligation.

just because you opened a ticked, doesn't mean you will be unbanned... guardians will explain the ban to you, the amount of lifted bans is apparently very low... guardian applications are open right now and when there are more guardians in the team, the answering time will be lower again... just be patient right now, tomorrow you can play again and the season is still very long

No matter what ban you got, you won't get any skin or gold. If it's justified, you surely won't get any reward. If it's invalid, you'll get the ban lifted and that's it, but bans are rarely invalid even if it may feel like it.

Jailer claims cupid and gets pushed by the real cupid. But flower child smells a rat and saves jailer from getting lynched. Jailer doesn't jail arsonist who fakes spirit seer. Arsonist then reclaims jailer and gets cupid claim jailer mislynched. He then proceeds to set 2/3 of the remaining villagers on fire to ensure their win.

Did jailer do the best for their team or should they be banned for gamethrowing/teaming in the situation described?

As a normal pacifist, if you reveal someone random it's reportable as "random shooting".

But if pacifist is in couple, it's not reportable.

I mean, if day 1 I reveal 15 because yes, you can report me and I'll be banned.

If 8 and 15 are fighting because 8 says 15 evil and 15 says 8 evil, I can reveal one of them to know who is the fake one, that's not reportable.

It's like priest with their water, you can throw water whoever you want, but of you do it randomly, you can be reported and banned.
