It is impossible to know what's the reason behind reports against you due to a privacy policy, but you'll eventually know in case you happen to be banned. If that happens and you think the ban is unfair you can appeal it, but until then keep playing normally and don't mind the reports, it is also possible they're fake and you won't get banned

If you are switching to another apple phone, you can just use the same id
If you are switching to another type of phone, you can try to use the 'reset password' feature on the login screen. You will use the same email adress as on your apple id, and will get sent an email. After this you should be able to login with merely an email adress and your newly chosen password.

Since I never used apple id i cant be 100% sure this works at all, if it really doesnt, account support might be your last shot.

Reports I believe are valid for a couple weeks, and when they get 10-12, even if they're for differing reasons, guardians check them and either ban or don't ban.

Reports that are bad enough to report to a guardian, are about:

• Racism
• Homophobia
• All kind of harassment or comments, including sexual harassment, excessive targeting, bullying, death threats and any kind of threats towards another player's health / real life, etc.
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames and personal messages especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation
• Language non-compliance: In case 4 or more players speak another language throughout the game
• Cheating, teaming or boosting in ranked
• Grinding/ boosting in your games in quick game or sandbox without your consent

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported all the players ingame, you should click on the "?" in the game on main screen and then "talk to a guardian". After creating the ticket you can explain your request. The guardians will reply you as soon as possible.

this is a question essay titled Will I be banned?
I was playing sandbox and all was going well, until we discovered that was zombie in game, so a player (number 10) said that we could just wait until the virus spread so he could complete his xp mission to win after 5 nights. So I started to vote him because I thought he could be bluffing and could be already bitten bevcause aura said he was unk. I became a zombie the following day and read the zb chat he said that I was annoying af and to not bite me because I didnt deserve to win as zb, the other people said true and I saw on screen that I was signaled for hate ??? when I’m always careful to not use hating words. I said I disliked them after reading that they made fun of me. So I kept voting 10 (all was zombie but one player) and his friends said I was throwing and reported me multiple times as I received 3 warning messages. But in my opinion that’s not throwing, also they were not speaking in english sometime so that could be reportable too. So since I received so many warnings will I be banned???? even though if I am then they should be banned too because was player 10 that started to be mean to me, behind my back in zb chat and asked us to play zombie so he could complete his xp mission

We, as guardians, cannot check your report here and tell you if that gets you banned or not (that's what your question seems to aim for)
1st we arent allowed to
2nd there are always multiple reports before getting banned so even if we would come and tell you its alright you can get banned for the x probably valid reports none told you about (you is general here, I didnt check you and am not going to)
3rd Guardians are already busy with checking thousands of players with many reports and tickets we cannot check and discuss every single report on Discord

In general.. you read the rules and know you acted alright most likely, just continue sticking to rules and it should be alright

• Racism
• Homophobia
• All kind of harassment or comments, including sexual harassment, excessive targeting, bullying, death threats and any kind of threats towards another player's health / real life, etc.
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames and personal messages especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation
• Language non-compliance: In case 4 or more players speak another language throughout the game
• Cheating, teaming or boosting in ranked
• Grinding/ boosting in your games in quick game or sandbox without your consent

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported all the players ingame, you should click on the "?" in the game on main screen and then "talk to a guardian". After creating the ticket you can explain your request. The guardians will reply you as soon as possible.

How to appeal an in-game ban?

To appeal an in-game ban you need to open a ticket with a guardian.

• Open the "?" on main screen, then on "talk to a guardian". You'll be led to the ticket menu

After, you choose "appeal my ban" and read and accept the information following by clicking on "create". Your ticket is now opened and you can explain your request.
