You should get it automatically in your inventory. When you want to see what items you already got and what outfits are the next one just go on your profile and next to the number of your loyalty token is an question tag. Click on it and you see what amount of loyalty token you need for what skin and how many loyalty token are missing for the next one

Afaik it is just available in custom games. In quick game just random voting is available and in sandbox random solokiller, random regular villager and random voting. Ranked idk but no random.
As far as I know every role you bought (I guess you can not buy santa or easter bunny for example) is available in that game. Roles like accomplice aren't available there, because you get accomplice with getting converted. Jailer just can be one time ingame so it would be excluded when you have already one ingame but normally every bought role should be inside the random role in custom game.

The game doesnt compensate for bugs, ever. They have the legal right to, based on their terms of service.
You should however report such things in #bugs-readonly so the staff can give you some tips which might recover your gold wheel before its too late...

Has anyone else mentioned that their free gold wheel has gone missing? Several people in my clan are having this problem and can't fix it the way I usually do (by going into inventory then back out, sometimes needing to open and close the game a few times). Any thoughts? I also reported this in bugs, but it's been really tough on my clan, especially our leaders who are having this issue. Thanks!
