Killing a confirmed villager might be gamethrowing - in this case you should ask a guardian. However there is not a rule for "wasting a bullet" or killing someone not confirmed. At all on day 3 you are allowed to shoot random, no matter if this person claims to be priest. So in this case you haven't did gamethrowing

I have doubts about how the cupid role works. I was In a game where I coupled 2 werewolves and I tried very hard to stop them from dying to no avail. Irregardless my allegiance lied with the wolves so I helped them win. In the end I was reported because of that. Is cupid not allowed to help the team the couple is in? My couple were werewolves, so It makes sense I would help the couples' team no?

You can kill your couple only if you are sure you can't win any any possible way like getting sected/zombified/turned in any other team or having 2 wws as cpl when rk is dead but if couple has a chance to win then you must try to go for it

Cupid is allowed to play in the couple team. Cupid is in village but in priority in the couple so you are allowed to help them because your priority is to win with them. You yourself decide how to help your couple but long as your couple is alive you are allowed to play together with your couple.

Normally your goal is to do anything you can for that couple win so yesyou acted right.
But once you reach the point where you are quite sure they are both wws, it's probbably better to act with the village, since you really cannot win with them
I dont think the guardians would actually count this as a valid report, since normally it is the right thing to do, and a ww x ww couple is quite rare to survive that long

A bunch of players reported me for “gamethrowing” because it was night 6 with 8 players left. They were 2 wws and 6 other players including myself, with zombies in game, and only 2 zombies dead. It was my belief that everybody except myself, headhunter and the other 2 wws had turned into zombies. So I encouraged headhunter & werewolves to vote out seer and tie the vote, since I didn’t think I could win as villager anyway. The seer ended up convincing me that he did not convert into a zombie and I switched my vote to Wolf-paci -revealed medium who I thought had converted into zombie, which untied the vote and Wolf seer ended up being killed. The game ended naming villager team as the winner. I was surprised it ended because after doing the math in my head, with one zombie being converted every night for 6 nights and only 2 dead, that would mean a total of 4 zombies still in game, I thought it was gonna say Zombie team won. They all reported me for gamethrowing and/or teaming. Enough so where I received 2 phone notifications warning me of multiple players reporting me. With zombie in game there is no sure fire way of knowing who converted and who didn’t makes it difficult to trust your own village team when they say they haven’t been converted.

It was highly unusual that zombies waited until night 4 to start converting people which was really strange

Zombies have been slightly nerfed over time, if zombie 1 bites player 2 but gets killed, then player 2 wont turn to a zombie, so it spreads slower
You should always play for the village team anyway, refusing to do so because you are hoping for a zombie win, is indeed teaming.

That’s not what happened. There were enough nights where everyone except me on village team would be converted to a zombie. So I thought I couldn’t win anyway so mind as well help out the werewolves. I knew werewolves would kill me eventually but it didn’t matter. The zombies wouldn’t convert me they’d vote me out in the end so I thought I mind as well help the wws as I was doing nobody else but myself harm

I did play for the village team up until I realized that zombies were in game and that I may not be able to trust the information that was given by seer or anyone else. So I did the math and thought yeah everyone is lying. Turns out the zombie team was just really dumb and didn’t convert enough players to their team.

Im just pointing out the general rules, I wont discuss the specifics, the guardians will investigate it further.
But generally, even though zombies are op, dont assume so much and play as a villager.
Or vote out werewolves instead.

It was one of those situations where you would have to look at the specifics for it to make sense. I admit I was wrong about them being zombies. But I wasn’t trying to put the village team at a disadvantage but the zombie team. The reason why I thought it is seer and all other villagers were really persistent on finding only wws and not interested in looking for zombies which is who was more likely to win given the math. So I’m like the only reason they would care about wws if there were more zombies than wws is that they were converted.

How to dispute your WWO ban

Go to #bot-commands and do ?appeal <your ingame name> <yourxpcount> (That should look like ?appeal WerewolfPlayer 12345. Don't add the <>.)

If the bot answers 'Please check your ingame-name.', just check your wwo username (uppercase letters, numbers, dashes)

If the bot answers with 'Please check your XP count.', check if you took the correct numbers on your profile (try out ?h xp for more info!)

Once the ticket is open, you will receive a direct message from the bot, please specify your language and your problem so that a guardian speaking the same language as you can come and help you quickly.

Yeah, you need to be alive when Seer dies in order for you to trigger your ability and become a new Seer. If Seer dies and you're dead, you're stuck as Apprentice.

sorcerer is a rare role. it's not a wolf, but they are with wolves. taking this into account, let's assume it counts as 0.5 wolves. in a game, there are 4 wolves. with three wolves and sorcerer, it'd be 3.5 -> too weak. with four wolves and sorcerer, it'd be 4.5 -> too strong (that's why in ranked there is a cursed in-game, three wolves and a sorcerer, to balance it)

I must add, having two sorcerers doesn't make it as 1 here, since two sorcerers for themselves are quite useless

They've now added it to platinum ranked, as platinum players have a lot of experience with the game and are able to come up with great strategies to use for the Sorcerer. For sandbox and quick game it's simply too weak at the moment and, again, has been replaced by the wolf seer.

Hi, i just come from a game where i was aura and left with 2 ww and a canni, i was doa, of course, but my theory is that ww could have won if they nightmared the canni and killed me, so they can vote out the canni during the day, in this game canni won by killing one at night and tie the vote and kill the other one later. @delicate oxide it isn't forbidden but no one of the guardians for example is watching if they aren't scamming. You yourself have to check if they are scamming you or something like that and it wouldn't reportable. It is not recommended but it isn't forbidden.

I myself have a question this time, because I am not sure about something. In the guardian guidelines is standing (about gamethrowing): "Gamethrowing is the act of ruining the game for others on your team by either directly causing them to be at a disadvantage or by doing certain actions that cause others to act and put your team at a disadvantage." in the most cases it is bad for the village, when the cursed claims his role. So it is forbidden, when an unbitten cursed claims his role like the act of: ,,Bite me pls. I am cursed". Am I right with this way of thinking or is it allowed to claim cursed?
(I know it for example isn't game throwing when it helps your village to know the good roles, but in much situations it would help the wolf team and could get counted as teaming or game throwing I guess.
