There is, yes. You can send an email to howl@werewolf-apps.com with your in-game and explaining the issue. To prove that it is yours tell them the rough amount of gold and gems you have. If you don't remember the amount of gold coins and gems: let them know about your last two skin purchases or send a screenshot of receipt where you used real money for a purchase. @obtuse vessel

We know of people who troll the game like thi, but they are not hackers. Report ingame they will get banned.

I had to look it up since its pretty specifc, sorry for the delay;
When dying 1st night and not being revived by the end of night 2, your SP change will be reduced by 50% to combat unfair SP gains / losses
So even if you dont leave, your sp will be halved it seems.

If you mean in-game, if they do something, the Guardians will check it and only punish the owner of the account, so you don't need to worry about it. A lot of people have similar nicknames, but each of them have different accounts, that's what the Guardians always look for.

@vague bolt hello, how long has this been going on? Sometimes you run out of ads and it should return after about 3-4 days. You can also try clearing your cache, as well as reinstalling the all, that might help. You could also check if you're able to access the wheel via inventory!

If you say it just once you only get a warning, more than that will get logged as auto report.
We cant take those back, but if you do get banned for it, you can make an appeal and explain the situation.

As I said above, selling is only allowed if you have explicit permission from that wolf player, so yes selling w/o permission or possibly even just threatening like this is not allowed

They try their best to reply within 24 hours and they do that succesfully in most of the time. Keep in mind that guardian chat is not actually intended as a 'live' chat feature, you just explain your issue/ask questions in turns, you dont necesarily have to be there when they react back, though that do speed up things

the button is still there in case people really have to go away from the game for special reasons. since you mostly have to do it only once then the suicide ban doesnt affect you, but intentional suicides still get the ban because they leave for the sake of leaving ^^

you can still try restarting your device, checking your internet connection or checking your provider. They should come back on their own eventually tho 😁
