@tulip osprey there's no specific time for how long it takes. Some days they're more busy, some days they are less busy. And sometimes they have more DMs and sometimes less. I can give you a tip though: they usually start at the bottom - their oldest DMs - and work themselves up to the most recent. So if you send new messages you'll land back on top

What happens if SK attacks someone BG is protecting?

@lilac fulcrum you probably already know but to participate in a quest you need to be in a clan and have "participate in quest" enabled.
A quest has either 6 stages (gold quest) or 8 stages (gem quest). The clan has 24 hours time to complete a stage. However, in exchange for some gold you can add or skip time.
To complete a stage the clan members participating need to collect XP by playing. The XP needed always depend on the amount of players participating. You can check the pins for more info on how many XP you need dependant on members.
The gold/gems needed to buy are donated by members in the clan. The price for a quest depends on the amount of players as well. More info in pins.
Quests can be bought by the leader or the co leaders. Skipping and adding time can be bought by leaders and co-leaders as well.

They won't get instantly banned, it may take a while until the Guardians review the reports and take action. If enough players reported them the guardians will take the nedeed actions, random shooting is always random shooting not matter if you shoot a villager or a role from any other team. So don't worry about ^^
