To untie it:

1. Log out
2. Sign in with email and type your gmail
3. click on Forgot password
4. Reset your password and then login

@river dome Heyy! The guardians are taking reports very serious and trying their best to punish all rule breaking issues. They have to get 12 reports (hard cases earlier) to get punished, you have to encourage the others to report as well - it still takes some time to ban them. Being underaged can be reported under "others" as well. The guardians spend hours to ban users.

When you have been banned falsely you can dispute your ban here. They will look at it and take care of your issue.
