You could claim your role if necessary and if you have claimed the role, most of ww will think that you have placed your trap on yourself. In that time you move your trap to seer because once they killed the doctor they will attack the seer. Just remember to claim bh before doctor dies.
If doctor dies in the first day you should keep the trap on yourself

There are usually applications that open from time to time on the server, depends for which staff position you have interest also. If it's for mini mod, mod etc. First you'll have to apply to be a helper. Then if you pass the applications you become a trial helper, then helper and so on so on. Guardian positions also have applications but you do need to be 18+ and have 0 bans. @river lava
