@ivory venture you can ask one of the other players to create match, plenty of people bought it, its not 2000 per custom, its a permanent unlock
And like I said, its near impossible to moderate a vc game and everyone has to be in it, plus a voice feature would be extremely heavy on the app.
So just do that via Discord 👍 and I cant say it clear enough, only when all 16 players agreed on the vc game, so you are not excluding anyone from playing.

2.what about aiding ppl of your own team? EX.: person A and person B are playing together and know each other IRL. After game starts, they tell each other what they are. at some point in game, person C claims to be the role of B. A, knowing C is lying, tells their team C is lying, and gets C rightfully lynched.

The snippets are based on the flag that you have in Quick Game, you probably have them in Italian as it is your mother language.
Changing them to English and then restarting the app must change your snippets language to English in any game mode.
