Hmm there are a few things you can do to spot out those who are game throwing and not sected for example the one in the pic you sent who clearly said that he is siding with sect to get more xp and that is reportable because guardians can see in game chat. Reporting the whole village on the other hand might be a bit difficult because you don't really know who are in the sect and some people are not intentionally throwing games but if they goes against majority they might getting themselves killed instead. If you get verbally abused you can report the players for being rude too. Players get banned if they receive 12 reports and if they continue with this behavior, they will get banned sooner or later.

Devs surely want to fix those problems but I don't think there are practical methods on fixing these issues unless we just fix the moral of the players. There were many suggestions about how to fix this such as lowering the xp gained by winning as sect and zombie or add something to make it noticeable when someone got turned but the final decision is up to the devs and I don't think there is anything we can do except to hope for the very best.

There are many situations where sl can be exposed and it's not necessary need to be at the end of the game so I don't think there is an actual guideline about when to report people who side with sl. It depends on the situation and your pov about that situation. If you aren't sure you can just report and guardians will be the one to judge because guardians can see everything in the game.

It's not clearly stated in the guardian rule book but I would say that it depends on the situation and how much it would effect the game at that moment. But I would say that in most cases, it would be gamethrowing since as you mentioned, it would destroy the balance of that game.

Moderator: The Moderators are the heads of the staff team. They have the power to ban and unban. They are taking care of promotions and demotions in the staff team, including mini-mods. The mega mod is the head of the whole staff team. You can report other moderators to them. The mega mod has contact to the other staff teams them together as a team. As mega mod you also work with other side servers. Basically the mega mod is an admin ^^'

Depends on what roles you would see as staff. We have Guardians, Trial Helper, Helper, Trial Mini Mod, Mini Mod, Moderator, Mega Mod, Dev, Social Media Manager I don't know where the line is. There are Designers, Translators.... but these both are not in the staff category ^^
