Well, it is probably cause by your provider aka google/iOS. Just try to restart your game/phone and clear the cache. Sometimes you need to do this more than one time. It worked for me, soo just try it

^ that has already been suggested quite often before but it has been declined because there is the huge downside of, being able to easily transfer your stuff to alt accounts when being banned...
It seems like too much effort just for one ban, but bans can stack up to weeks or even months, for a ban of that length it would be worth it...
Like that banned players would have absolutely 0 downsides of being banned...
So i'd say it's not gonna happen, atleast not in the near future, and also battle pass items should be rare, as the battle is to get them in time, all other things can be gotten yourself whenever you want to, such as clan quest outfits, they return every once in a while, inventory buyable stuff etc
I think for limited items it's better to keep them limited ^^

Hey @tight pebble firstly, you should have the latest update of the app, and then there should be an eye icon at the bottom left in the chat bar, if you click on that you should be able to spectate ranked games ^^

@vivid falcon uuhm, i'd always recommend doubling xp, also playing with friends gives a nice boost
Usually ppl invite anyone who's online, so you might just try that, so saying you get the +40 xp, you stay until the end and get +10xp and then win a game could easily get you 100 xp × 2 would make 200 each game, so taking into consideration that you get 4 wins out of 8 games, would give you a safe amount of 800 xp per 8 games, thats around one tier but that would be a minimum...
If you consider that you get solo killing roles like zombie every once in the while etc, it would probably be around 2 1/2 tiers a day....
If it's going good i'd say that's an average of 13 games? Might be fair, per day...
That's all just random calculating tho, there are days where you are on a streak and days where you aren't...
I would say just try to play as much as possible and let's say 2 days before the battle pass ends you can look at your achievements and decide if it is worth paying 1.2k coins for that
you get all of the coins back during the bp anyways, if you finish it, so you'd get most back if you're at like tier 70

For ranked, once you join a ranked lobby there should be an eye icon at the left side of the chat bar, for spectating ranked you'll need 0.39.1/0.39.2+ for it tho

That is something else, that is not threatening to break a rule. You should watch out though because the fact that somebody votes you cannot be taken as evidence of being bad. Make sure you stay polite and stay within the chat rules when doing that

Seer saying good roles is usually just a rookie mistake, try to friendly point out an explain why they shouldnt do it.

It has started for some people but hasn't for others and also it has apparently started for some but then ended after a few games, we do not know for sure why this occurs, but it'd be helpful if you might want to add your information onto the current ranked situation into #bugs-readonly !
To get access to write in that channel you'll need the sheriff role tho.

If so -> no unfortunately not... it's assumed that you know yourself on what you want to spend money on etc... and as long as you got for what you paid, there isn't really much that should be done...

If your friends only knew each others' roles because of talking in voice chat then that would be Teaming. It's fine to play with friends but only with the information uncovered in the match as if you were playing by yourself.

Why don't random outfit purchases count how many chests you get towards loyalty tokens?
Like, it says "1 random limited + 3 chests", so why doesn't it count the outfit chests?

The outfit is something that is just delivered via lootbox because it randomly popping up in your inventory would be a bit lame honestly....
Also its 1 token per Lootbox you purchase, or 1 token per Euro you spend.
The random outfit purchase costs 3€ hence 3 tokens, it also got 3 lootboxes hence 3 tokens
Only actual lootbox purchases count, if you buy an outfit you don't buy 5-11 lootboxes you buy an outfit + 3 lootboxes.
^ would also be unfair because you purchase a random outfit so if you are lucky you get more loyalty tokens and if you aren't you get less loyalty tokens for the same price

Yes, the first few games you play in the season, are classification matches. You win/lose more skill during those games. I'm fairly sure it;s the first 3 games for this. ^^

Just like with zombies... it's the usual xp greed, just make sure to report them if you'd like for them to get punished and tell them that it is not allowed...
That's all you can do unfortunately, out of experience, they usually act annoyed and like "yea i dont care" but some will eventually get scared of consequences and refrain from doing it... there's always hope coughs

That's a more or less little bug which'll get fixed soon eventually, maybe tell them to reinstall the app and clear their cache, that seems to work for some people @upbeat falcon

The trial app is the application which has just recently started, to become a helper on this discord, that question was included in the application....so yea👀
we should usually avoid answering trial app questions as it wouldn't result in anything if we ask questions someone will just ask here, get an answer to and then answer in the application but don't worry...
@upbeat falcon i believe you do not get a refund if you delete your account, as you spent the money on it, knowingly, and just because you delete your account you should not get a refund of all of your money honestly...

@fierce wigeon It already started but a lot of players have trouble with it, it's a known problem right now and we are not sure what caused it. You can try clearing your cache or reinstalling the game, for some people this did solve it ^^

If you reached your 100 ads limit once it can happen that it won't show you any new ads for another few days.
In general it could be that your ad provider has no more ads left for you ^^
In case the wheel does not show it could be either that or a displaying bug, in that case just try to clear your cache, restart the app and play a few games that might fix it

Yess, it has indeed started, but for some reason, it didn't for some, that's a more or less little bug currently.
You might want to try to reinstall the game, restart and clear cache, maybe one of these things will fix it for you, it seems to work for some people

Yup, usually you should get notifications when you get invited...
Can you re-check in your notification settings if you have anything disabled?
Well, i do think it is a default setting tho... if you still do not get notifications even if you got a good connection, i would report it to #bugs-readonly !

Currently, you cannot via quick game, you might find a russian custom game tho?
Or if you could bare speaking english during the game, you could maybe try out sandbox? Until the quick game rotation has been fixed... can't advise you more unfortunately.... :/

Yeah, there is pretty much not that big of a difference between languages and nationalities, they're pretty much the same thing imo...
If you're of american nationality you join an english server, if you're of romanian nationality you join a romanian one and so on..
If the Philippines aren't there then that is because there would not be enough players to actually use that server...
Tho there has been a suggestion to run, test servers for several languages to see if they might be worth a server after all, let me find the #feedback-devs post real quick for ya
