The problem lies with what account the downloaded and installed application is associated with. To check which account it is, go to the play store, switch to the account you expect it to be in and then go to the "My Apps & Games". Then pick the secondary tab "All". If the game doesn't appear in this list, then this is the reason you are having a problem. Keep switching accounts and you will eventually find which account it is associated with.
Now let's fix which account it is associated with:
First you need to uninstall the game.
Then you need to remove the game from the account that it is associated with.
You do this by doing the same steps as above for checking, then afterwards you need to press the cross ("x") button in the top-right corner to remove it.
Open (or download, install then open) the Google Play Games app.
Make sure you are logged into the correct account (on both Google Play Games and Google Play Store) you want the game to be associated with by using the hamburger menu on the top-left.
Find the game you want to play, and then click on the store button (normally the button would read open if it was already installed).

@drowsy perch usually the items are decided at the end of the BP, so they use the cooldown to finish making/prepare everything for the battlepass aswell as get in contact with the designers of the BP skins to get everything finished 💛

Only reasons I can think of are:
- Marksman shot me the night before, but when I got shot like 8s into the following day it was actually his lag that caught up with the server?
- He somehow found a loophole to shoot during the day. Perhaps similar to the previous loophole of talking when corrupted.

@spice arch I think it's fine for a gunner to save his bullets a bit longer, esp with fool in game. And if there is no other info to vote on, I definately agree save the bullet and just go for the vote. But be aware that without jailer ,you probably dont have protection, so saving your bullets in that situation makes you likely you to die before ever shooting and that would be a waste... it's a fine balance, and in any case I think it is important to communicate your reason with the village. Just say 'saving it for fool' or 'no other info so just vote this ww' or whatever your reason is.
