I am the leader of a clan and last night I had 15 members. I do not have a co-leader. Today I noticed that I had 16 members in my clan. I skimmed through to see who was new and I found a player that I didn't recognize. When I search the players profile it says that she is in a friend of mines clan. The player is not able to be messaged or friend requested so I asked my friend since the player in question is her clan member. My friend said she also sees that player as in both of our clans. Until I can get ahold of this user to ask them directly.. does anyone else know what is going on here?

Helpers that you can DM are the ones that have their dot on the bottom right side of their pfp shown as green. this shows that they are online and are able to quickly respond to your message!
Helpers that are Idle or on Do Not Disturb most likely wont be able to reply right away so it is best to dm one that is online! if there is a case where there are no online helpers, just direct message one and wait, or wait for a helper to get online 💛

They give the current trial helpers time to complete their trial and prove themselves for the position, and then after a while, if things begin to slow down, the staff with then go through the applications and hand pick new people for the trial helper position. I do think they changed something about beast hunter vs arso. arso used to be able to dose beast hunter even his trap is triggered, the oil is still applied. Now both dosed players can not be oiled if arso hits beast hunter's trap, it s basically capable of blocking oil. Before it couldn't. Correct me if I m wrong

Prom was right. Only the rrv i is able to check that they are the rrv, because then they won't see the rrv in the role-list anymore. It works like this in ranked too. It;s not a super obvious way to know if you're rrv or not. Therefor it's been suggested multiple times by multiple people to add a way so at least the RRV can easily see that they are rrv.

In that time I have come across many players that have overall, just been very hateful and rude. I always report when I come across, but it keeps happening. @heady hornet If a player is reported more than ten times by different users, Guardians will be able to see that player in a page to judge if a punishment is necessary and how long it will take.
To take an action on a player, it is needed two or more Guardians to join the case. It may sound no one gets a banishment, although the best way to make someone to be banned is to tell the others to report them.
If you really find a case very urgent where a player is threatening to do something outlaw, you can report it to one of our Guardians in here, Discord, with sufficient proof. Follow the bot’s message of the list:
