The game considers fool as a villager it’s basically a shortcut in the coding 😉

Fool isn't considered a villager. The game just defaults to the village winning if no one else wins. The fool wasn't lynched so therefore, they failed to win. The wolves died so they failed to win. Therefore, if the fool, wolves, and solo killer all failed to achieve their objectives to win, the win defaults to the village. It should be attributed as a tie, though. Seems the most fair to all parties.
