The reason we favour in-game reports more is that we also get the game logs (Chat and actions) in addition to the report where as with the discord channel, we need to rely on the screenshots alone. But rest assured, we do check there. I've been looking there constantly :} For the quickest processing and action, report both in-game and in the channel.

Yes true but the truth to be shown in all of the is that some of your admins dont feel the same and see it one way rather than both. I have done both but the one time for me stuff has been accomplished seemed to have been through the in game reports on discord, to where over 6 people were banned for racist names and game throwing but honestly just a little intake aon my perspective i have been playing this game since the beginning and the original ww and if people are going to wine and xry bwcause 2 people are playing and have the same name or maybe even the same outfit why are we evem allowing there to be a invite friends or a clan section whennin my perspective it has brought on way more game throwing because our clans are teaming up and throwing together to get more XP and there are more people then 1 person can report

I believe his opinion mostly got lost in translation, as he is not native English. But he favours in-game reports for the reasons I mentioned (Mostly because they give much more info).That doesn't mean the channel isn't checked. In fact, I check the channel first because I know I can then show users their reports matter, unlike where the ingame reporting has no way to show that.
I appreciate you playing for so long and sticking with us. And if we get a report about players grouping up (Without gamethrowing) and wearing the same outfits or such, we don't ban them. So players can whine all they want, but if it doesn't break the rules, it doesn't get a ban.

What ioannis meant as well is that if you don't report in game.. we can't do anything with the reports. That is one of the requirements we ask in that channel, without it we can't verify back towards the player if they decide to come to us and ask us why they are banned.

If your tablet doesn't turn when you put auto-rotate mode on, not much you can do to play in landscape. The developers haven't released landscape support so the only way is to rely on the device to rotate the app itself.
