If not, I'm just curious about the balancing for that role, cuz while it is nice to have someone who has a lot of power (Can kill Serial Killer and Fool) and still has to be very careful (Can kill team accidentally), there are some people in the game who shoot 2 random people (no evidence) and leave.

The roses are like another form of currency. You can buy them from your inventory to give away to other people. A single rose is 25 gold and a bouquet is 250. When you use a bouquet, 1 rose is given to every player in the match, including yourself. You can send a rose by clicking on the icon in the lower right corner. In game, people can send you roses. When you have a certain amount of roses, you can buy special items. You can't buy roses and use them for yourself :)
