I don’t think Moderators hate anyone, the usual process for designs to get ingame is that you can submit it / then you get feedback if it follows the guidelines, if it does, it ends up in #dev-vote with a good ratio it gets an ingame voting but in the end the developers decide what gets in the game considering the community voting so I think that comment is simply not true. I didn’t see anyone give feedback yet! I think the skin is really cute, remind me a bit of existing polar bear skins mouth is very, very light but I believe it’s a design decision. Is the background a cat tail? If yes, then I might consider / try out if a slightly different from might look more natural. I think you could also add some shading with the hair and posisbly make the hat / paw shading more visible, I think you did some very good shading with the shirt

That is super cool, I saw the hair earlier and was hoping for some more shading & this is soooo well done
I am not 100% sure (not new to design but kinda new to specific WOV design reqs kinda) could be the mouth is a slight bit to high but really just a very tiny bit. That’s really looking into details. I noticed the inlines of the eye (darker) aren’t as good and might get improved but again that’s zooming in. I am not 100% sure I am a fan of those very round blushing mask item but that’s mostly because I have the impression the saturity differs too much and it looks like a clear line, if that is the design you go for that is fine. The violin might have tendencies of being too detailed / realistic but I think it looks really beautiful! About the shirt — I am not sure how the colour selection matches with very vibrant hair and the violin but again — that might have been an intentional design choice so create that item less loud

Did you consider red / pink / orange / maybe a combination or pattern? Or more visual difference shades of purple? Of course cyan and purple are a complimentary contrast aka can make each other colours more vibrant but not really in the chosen saturity.

I like both versions, the green is a very nice choice matching the other colours! Did you already try a different colour for the eyelashes? I know it matches the blue hair but I can imagine a different colour might work as well. Would be interesting to see.

Nice to see you here! I saw the progress of your design so far and I think you did improve the shading of the hair and by putting it in the front. The shirt in some way is really simple and reminds me a bit of the following ingame item - I think you could do some more shading / make it more unique? https://cdn.wolvesville.com/avatarItems/[e-mail] Are those horns a hat item? I think you could shade those a tiny bit more and also place them a tiny bit lower to have them appear more naturally as part of the hair. I am a bit unsure about the mask item considering you mirrored the face. I would suggest you some more shading - I added the old https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/809122128573366293/945840288637812736/unknown.png and new https://cdn.wolvesville.com/avatarItems/[e-mail] SK skin as an example on how to create a mask that is less flat; you do have a line in the middle; maybe round shading might help you. Then talking about the hair - I would still suggest you some more shading & a way that doesn't separate the dark and bright hair part; right now it doesn't look like it belongs together. You you try that by more shading with some hair lines. I also wonder if the ears belong to the hair? Even though we do have a few elf ears; I am unsure if it matches the Wolvesville style. The earring on the left seems a bit big and that would not be earrings one could also use as glasses / earring item considering the placement of the ear. I hope that helps, would love to see some updates

Anytime, I enjoy giving feedback as you kinda mentioned it yourself — I can agree with not quite seeing an overall concept of the different items belonging to the same skin so thinking about that might help you create items that overall fit together a bit better, also considering ideas for the shirt item.

One more thing about those ears: they do appear a bit long if you compare them to existing elf ears. It won’t be possible to have those earrings as separate item if you have different ears as simply that would mean the item being places in the air for all other skins that don‘t have the ears, so that is something to consider. If you’d continue working on earring, I also suggest some shading since at the moment it’s just some black lines.

I like that the colours mostly match each other even while all being very pink! You also did some really nice shading already, that might be something you could consider continuing in areas that have a rather large area of the same colour. Additionally you could improve the lines a bit here and there (some examples in pink). I am not sure if the eyeshadow with the green arrow is intended (?) and that eyeshadow could possibly also be more round. The mouth doesn’t work for me yet and would need some more shading. Something really minor: I think the necklace might look nicer if you would move some pearls a tiny inch down to create a very slight more round appearance but that shouldn’t be too much either. I’d love to see some more updates

It looks cute but i don't recommend drawing it on a screenshot, you can use a skin template, and remember to keep different layers for each item and try doing smoother lines

The eyes are too high and small, and the mouth is too low. The hair and the shirt are a bit messy, and the hair should come down a bit further as well to not have it have a too high hairline. I recommend looking at the avatars in game as a sort of guideline for how to shade and place avatar items ^^

I think adding some longer pieces that frame the face would help bring the face together! Short haircuts that are piled on the head make the face look super long, so it can make facial features look out of place or bigger than they actually are. I'd add just a few long, whispy pieces of hair to bring everything closer together!

Adding a mix of large and small details will def make the dress pop more. Small snowflakes or sparkles on the dress, adding a giant snowflake on the shoulder, like a dress pin maybe! If that didn't work out and you wanted to keep the dress plainer, you could add more accessories to distract from the dress, like an expensive looking necklace or a pretty scarf to match.

The arms are a bit wide, make the dark grey shirt part a bit wider to make the arms less wide, as well as the lines are a little messy. Try smoothing them out a bit ^^ and it might be just me but the lips look either too small, too low down, or maybe both. If you fix these I think it'll looks much better! ^^

Try zooming in as far as you can, then you'll see the messes. It'll be easier to smooth out, and even if it looks a bit messy up close it'll look better when it's zoomed out. Also for the lips i recommend removing that small part at the bottom that looks like a like a "u" because it looks shaped a bit awkward 🤔

Such a pretty color! I love seeing more pale hair colors ig, a nice change from black or pink! I also really love the shading you've done, it isn't overdone but enough to show off the hair and make it stand out! 💜 My only fb really is to lower the side pieces so they touch the chin instead of above it. It would elongate the face and give more room for cosmetics like face paint. Maybe thin them too? But that's up to you!

That's such a great start already! Just like others mentioned, there is gradient at some places (the blush and snake for example)
The eyes are beautiful but isn't wov style. The game style is more simplified I'd say. You can take a look at some designs in #dev-vote for reference. Here is a link to the general style guide as well

There are some skin that are realistic like the skin on the event months ago, but i think the shading on the shirt and hair is too detailed and the eyes are too realistic . You should make it simplier.

I love love love your design! Koi fish are so pretty and need more love! 🥺❤ I don't know if you're looking for fb, but I'd suggest doing ombre hair instead of solid orange pieces of hair. Koi fish tend to have a lot of variations of red, orange, and yellow in them so the hair could mimic that! Kinda like this!

Obvs not as bright as that or all the way up to the scalp, but a light change like that could help bring in more colors too!

Roses were a really popular flower in Victorian times and so was "flower language" or what flowers represent. Bouquets of roses and lillies were used during funerals to represent rebirth, healing, and love for a lost one. A simple green or even blue bouquet to match the eyes of the female/male skin would work! You could even use a black ribbon to tie the roses together, maybe? 👉👈

The hoodie under the jacket has outlines, and as Taryara pointed out they are very similar to some avatar items in game. If you're going to take such heavy inspiration from something in game, they must be different enough for them to actually be your own. The shading and such in the buns, for example, is much different than that of the rest of the hair, so it's pretty clear it's not your own. If you want tips on making your own hair, you can ask here, and many people are willing to help, but don't claim someone else's art as your own

I'm a bit late the eyes look like they may be a bit too close together, and I think they'd look better placed a little higher ^^ and I agree with everything Typus said about the mouth and eyes. It's really beautiful!

just personal opinion too that the eyelashes should be a bit darker, like the color you shaded the hair with, really bright colored eyelashes look a little weird to me
