So I like the start but as I dont know the first one you did I am not sure about the theme at all. Reminds me a bit of Oktoberfest or something bayrisch xD

Hair:
It looks a bit flat because of the parts on the ear which you left free. Check right over the ear, there is hair missing doesn't it feel like it? Also the shading is too wobbly and let's call it smooth xD
You could also add some shading On the top for strains
The buns look great tho!

Eyes:
Uh oh they look a little bit small but are good placed. I would also remove the "lines" and instead use shapes, you can check other eyes in #dev-vote to see what exactly I mean :P currently with the iris position I also would think she's crosseyed

Shirt:
The collar seems too round around the neck and the bewbs seem slightly too high placed which makes the arms seem a bit fat

Without the long hair on the shoulder, it looks like a boy. I think you should make the eyes look more feminine (add eyelashes) and make them close to each other. My idea is a vague idea, but adding more skin tones. Not only more shades inbetween black to brown to tan to white, but ALSO adding skin tones like Vitiligo and also skin colours that aren't human, such as blue, pink, and purple, etc. Adding more skin tones would not only be more representation for those people, but would create more creative opprotunities. It would be very refreshing to see more diversity in lobby. Thank you for your time, yours truly.
