mainly i think that there are too fine details on the shirt. The square-mesh parts of the shirt is so tiny and definitely wont be seen ingame. You should make them larger so they are more visible.

(coming from a person who had their skin rejected into vote for miniscule details, btw)

The hair should be counted as having outlines. Instead of just using lines as a shading format, you can widen these strokes. Look at designs in vote with good ratings for reference. Outlines arent allowed ig!!!

The shirt is wayyyy too plain. Its just... green. And thats it. Why not add a design to it? and shade it a bit more, at the armpit part to the edge of the sleeve.

First, the iris is outlined. We dont outline the irises.There also seems to be a white to green gradient in the eyes. Gradients arent allowed either. The boy just seems crosseyed? in general. Move the pupils closer to the nose.

Too simple. A smile and a tongue isnt enough. (coming from a person who did a smile and slightly tinted lips and got rejected)

Also there looks to be a few outlines, especially in the shirt, necklace star, glasses and bg, so maybe try shading with those outline colours only on one side with larger strokes etc

The only way you can have a bralette/shaped shirt for female avatars is the way they have done it, for male avatars that might be the case but not for female ones ✌🏻

And even not for males because the lower part of the upper arm is usually thicker because of the biceps muscle
