Theres a couple placement issues, the eyes are too high and the mouth is a little too low

The coloring also looks like it breaks the guidelines. The mask, icon on the shirt, and the shirt itself are outlined, (I also think the eyes are outlined, but you can't really see them because of how high they are) which isn't allowed. I'm also positive I've seen this mask somewhere else before, unsure of where, so I recommend looking into if it's copyrighted or anything.

The mouth could use a bit more detail, right now it's just a couple lines tbh.

Awww I love it! The birds are super cute. From what I see the design as a whole seems to pass all the guidelines! One thing I would suggest would be to add extra shading across the avatar to make it more three dimensional. FE: I would add some lighting to the top of the hair. Also, some extra detailing would probably make it look better as well! FE: The branches and leaves could use some more texture.

Overall it's a really cute avatar, nice job!!
