Alright! I see the BG item is a bit cut by the canvas size, so I suggest you to increase the width of the canvas... I also see a bit of gradient on the BG, (which is not allowed by WOV style guideline). Eye is on a weird position, it's on the middle of the face, so I recommend you to move it a bit to the left, the iris is also too small, making her look scared .. Hairline is too high. I like the way the clothing looks, so I wouldn't change anything about it

Well currently the alien bong doesn't seem to pose too much of an issue with other players as I've had only a handful say anything about it and it's been entirely positive so I can't imagine why they wouldn't maybe allow another one in a future skin say maybe several months down the line. It's a pretty neat addition tbh and technically bongs aren't for any kind of drug use as it's a type of water pipe used for tobacco smoking. If this is to be the only one then I'll just accept that but it would be nice to have one that doesn't have a cloud above it as it covers part of the avatar and I find it a little annoying
