i think if you zoomed out and showed us the eyes on the skin it would be easier to see of they look too high up/big/small

ik u used the reference thing but sometimes that isnt good for certain eye shapes :[

As said above I would try smoothing out the lines you drew. It looks like your using ibis x paint, if that's correct I reccomend using the Dip pen (Hard) brush, it makes lines look smoother :) It would also be helpful to see the sizing if you zoomed out as well

An advice for you:
You should start to see how someone draw first at YouTube. Then after you can draw, you can see the functions of what your app that you're drawing can do. Once you master all this up, your design will be awesome like I am right now
