It's a bit messy :/ does your program own a tool named stabilizer? It helps you to make lines smoother ^^

They're pretty far and a bit high, you can to use this guideline for eyes and lips placement by nag (gimme sec to find the message)!
Hair
As I said before...hair is also messy. And maybe to add some shading too?

I'm not 100% sure is there a gradient in the eyes or it's fake

I recommend using more colors than just red and also I would recommend using the mirror tool on things like shirts, masks and eyes. This makes them even on both halves of the character :) for ur first time making an avatar it's pretty good and a unique idea 💡

BG: To start off, it's a really nice background! I see you have taken this blue and yellow and carried it out through the piece, and using it in the background adds a lot of symphony around the other items. It may be intentional, but right now some of the ovals are a bit sloppy. In my opinion it would work better if they were more strong and straight. Maybe also add a glow! 👀 I'd also work on adding more texture to the wings as they looks semi-flat at the moment. Really cool ideas you have so far!

Hair: It looks good! I love the little head crown under the hair, it works very nicely. I'd try adding more shading using shapes throughout the hair, because right now it looks rather flat. Check in game for how people shade their hair if you need help with it :3

Eyes: Very cool idea for the eyes. Love that it carries the yellow blue tone from the rest of the avatar into the eyes! It works reall well and adds balance. I'd try to add more shading and lighting to the eyes as right now they are a bit 2d, but nice concept overall!

Mouth: Not much to say about the mouth, it's simple and it works! Nice job :3

Shirt: This is a really nice shirt! The tiny detail where that gold piece goes behind her looks very nice. I'd try adding more texture and shading to it, but overall all it's a nice concept!

FG: Really cool concept for a fg!! While the shading of the hands look nice, unfortunately it isn't allowed to have skin tone locked items. Maybe try to focus on the yellow and blue orbs and the details in them rather than the hands which they are floating over?

Tbh, my only feedback is that some of the lines are a bit squiggly. I'd try to work on making them more stable and strong, and that would make the design better in my opinion. the shading for most things consists of a similar but darker color variant to display a shade but in order to accomplish that the main and most accurate way is to use black at a low opacity which is what i did but black on black is odd

There are a few things I would change:

-The eyes are a little bit far from each other, maybe u can put them a little closer?
-The roses are too detailed, it wouldn't fit the game style so much! Still love them!👀
-The tooth is euhm (tough it's a vampire) pretty big hehe❤️
