Mostly recommended are medibang paint (you can hit me up if you have any questions with it) which works pretty well for me and ibis paint.

And pretty much all roles already have a corresponding skin in game

hey hey! it looks good, i like it a lot and cant wait for you to continue and see the end result i can see the improvement already! but this is what i would work on personally:

-make sure you dont get too close to your reference! i dont think it is violating any copyright but the designer supervisor may disagree with me that it is too close 👀 make sure it looks different enough
-it is not entirely clear what the hat is supposed to be. horns like on the reference? if yes, they dont look really connected. if it is a hat then they look pretty basis and can use some more detail
-im not sure why the mouth has those gradient like effect, especially since it fades to a really, really transparent grey. fading is fine, but i dont think it should fade to being transparent, that may be overkill

overall it looks good! but make sure to not go too close to your ref! apart from that it are rather small fixes

Well I don't think I'm too close to the reference, hah, I'm not sure what to do to the hat so it looks better, also the mouth it's inspired by other desogners and I saw that some used this tehnique, I honnestly didnt get it right as it seems, and I think the opacity should be higher.
