I think it looks good but it would look better if you added more “strands” of hair it would look more natural. As you can see in the picture for example there are more sections of hair. It’s a small difference but without hose sections it wouldn’t look the same. I think it would also be better to make the hair flow naturally. It looks sorta like a blunt cut at the bottom. Other than that you’re doing good.

-Eyes go behind mask layer, so you have to fix something there, because there's a spot behind the eye now
-I feel like the shirt could use a lil more specialness
-Bg is cute, but outlined

@shy furnace OOOOO THATS LOOKING CUTE!!! But you should fix the wiggly lines that's here and there, and the shirt and hair need more shading. The bg could use a little more work... Maybe a fake gradient in the sky? Like blue that turns more yellow as it goes down (to match back with the beret) and cute clouds maybe? And smoothen out the grass... The hair could use some highlights and shading for the back hair and under the hat

You could either make bangs shorter or lessen the amount of spots on her upper face.

With the hair shading, there's usually just 1 highlight color and 1 shade color. I shade like how you do with the blurry crown highlights, but we'll have to just use 1 color for it.
