Eyes: There shouldn't be many outlines, especially in black. Its okay for the outer eyes but the irises' outlines should be in a color and not black. Since your theme is candy, maybe you could leave the rainbow out of the eyes. Perhaps you could make the eyes orange or red instead and have them match the lollipop swirls. Lower the eyes until they're slightly above the ears.

Hair: Hair overlays eyes ig, so please put the hair layer above the eyes. Don't be afraid to make more drastic bubbly shapes, make the cotton candy fluffy! Also, add some light highlights maybe

Mouth: You should add a shine on the bubble gum and make it a little transparent to look more gummie. That mouth is a bit generic, so I attached some examples of mouthes you could use.

Shirt: The shirt needs a little shading under the cape thingie. The stem of the cherry is a bit wiggly, so you should erase and add as needed. The tones of the outfit are more warm but the stem is a bright, cool green so that throws it off a bit... Maybe make it more like a forest green? Add a shine to the cherry too, hehe... There's a little line on the cape from the turtleneck, nothing big, just erase that bit.

I think you're doing really well so far!! Just some tweaks and you could let me know if you need anything else!
