2. Hat and clothes are textured, idk if that is allowed (someone who is super familiar, answer pls)
3. Lips and hair have shadow that look like they are made using blur blush like someone else pointed out.
4. Use a stabiliser as the shapes/lines/etc seem wobbly and a bit clumsy.
5. Eyes-also can make it better using a stabilizer and also the light in the eyes seem mirrored (even though they aren’t)

3. Hair looks as though it goes behing back. Shorten the hair.

I just started designing and I wanted to make a naval officer. I made some beautiful buttons for his jacket in Gimp (see picture of the button). But then I was told they were too detailed. While I worked really long on them. And then Hyde and Lisa were being meanies (not in the mean way) about my buttons and then I told about their background story and then I was accused of not taking enough care of the buttons
