ok so it is a nice start and i see something really good coming from it, but i noticed some things which can get improved:

-it looks like a lot of items have outlines, such as the hair, glasses, mask and others, make sure to avoid those as they are against the style guide
-im not sure but the shirt looks really odd, probably due to the sleeves, try to take some examples ingame from this
-the shading on the glasses, the glasses in general, the highlights in the eyes and the hands at some part look messy in comparison with the other parts of the outfit, try to keep the style consistent while drawing
-the abs on the shirt are a bit too high, it is almost like it goes from neck to abs which make no sense, try to move them more down
-there is a random dot next to the mask, probably just a small oversight
-when looking closer at the overall design
-the shading on the wine is barely visible, i had to zoom a lot to get that it wasnt gradient, so make sure it doesnt look too much like gradient

-the mask looks really flat, i think the darker part is supposed to be shading but it doesnt look like that to me, some more depth would be nice
-does the mask have eyes? why? that looks really weird, i would remove it and try to cooperate more red into the hat as a whole
-the shirt is really, really bulky while i think it shouldnt be, i know we have some bulky shirts ingame but i can imagine that this is another level and will cause issues with a lot of hairstyles, try to make it less bulky, you dont have to change the design by much tho, just, smaller 👀
-i dont see why they are crying really in terms of the design and its theme, it also doesnt really fit with the eyes imo. i would remove the tears but not delete them entirely, as they can work really well on another design
-the mouth is rather simple and due to the color, im not sure if they would fit on all skin tones
