Basically there isn't really any difference ( didn't finish that thought) between black and white skins they are equally nice and pretty so they shouldn't be treated/seen differently

Also i personally, when working on black skins, also put a very light skin tone template underneath so i can switch one on and off to see if they fit on light and dark skin tone

And tbh my ghoul on light skin looks just hella goth but i am kinda living for it

Male:
Hair= I think the hair could use a little bit more shade on top.
Fg= On the cactus are some little stripes. Maybe u could make them a bit thicker so you could see them better

Female:
Hair= I think the hair looks good! Maybe add just a little shade on top of the hair same as the male.

Eyes for both genders= I feel like they are a bit low but that might just be me so idk.

Grave= I realy lovee the grave but also there are some very tiny green stripes on the black part that you could make thicker so also you could see those better.

@quick harbor the eyes are reaaaally close to each other. I'm not sure how I feel about the hair. Upper side is cool, but most right tip on left side (and most left on right side) looks weird. And the triangle stuffies as well. The chains have gradient brushy stuff which isn't allowed, and I also believe that is like a pre-made shape? That isn't allowed. Eyes should go below the hair. Bg looks pretty cool, but colours don't match with the rest if the skin

Unfortunately I think it's too reminding of Melanie Martinez, I'm afraid we can't exactly use her figure as using the image of a celebrity in a commercial art may lead to legal problems.
Art-wise, the lines look a bit messy, the shading is present only on the hair and it also looks somewhat wobbly ^^;

It kinda lacks dimension except for the mask item but even so, fake gradients are allowed to a small amount and they shouldn't be a huge part of the design and it doesn't seem to cover a part of the head to the side.
I see you also used basic shapes (ovals, ellipse and circles) to make the design which makes it a little bland in my opinion.
