Okayyyy soooo I guess the skins theme is love for backing or similar? I like the colour combination a lot because white and pink fit together however I think you could use cleaner colours? Like atm everything seems a biz blurry, partly on purpose I think but hm

Hair:
I agree with the other comment, it surely seems a bit small which is most likely because it ends close to where the head template ends. Usally hair is drawn a bit bigger but because of the buns I don't see a too critical issue here. What I see is that the buns are in different positions and that's a bit triggering. Idk if that's on purpose but I look at it and wish to move the right one higher xD for the buns as such they seem like they are 1. Flat 2. Plastic. They have close to no shading, the lighter lines which show the band it ends exactly there the hair ends. Usally bands are rould and don't end with the hair. Same as the buns wouldn't be totally round either. Look at my sketch u can see what I mean.
The shading makes it look even more flat and the lighter tips of the hair makes it blurry, I would go with some cleaner shading here and less soft everything.
(dark blue shape idea, light blue shading suggestion, green the band correction)

Tie:
I guess it is a hat item? I would make it less flat too, you can check my sketch again but mainly the shapes are too forced imo, the middle seems odd and not suitable maybe even a little end?

Eyes:
They don't seem like they are symmetric either, the left seems less close to the nose that the right? Also the colours of the eyelashes blend in with the skin colour. Even if the hair is pink in general I would stick to black (not black you can also use a dark pink nearly black). Else I would see them as okay 👀

Mouth:
Fine for me. Just blurry but that's fine imo

If you want to start designing you have to understand that the perfect design doesn't exist. You can't make everyone happy with it. It's impossible that everyone will love it. Say bye bye to the thought that you can create a skin everyone loves.
If you love perfection you have to learn that even if not everyone loves it it can still be good and feedback equals improvement you just have to filter the right feedback which matches with what you want your design to be.
Everyone has another expectation if it comes to a design and feedback is based on an own opinion. Therefore everyone would tell you what THEY think would be good but that doesn't mean it is what you want neither that it will look good in your eyes.

im not an expert on shading, but what ive been doing is taking a look at lots of references and sometimes look at hairs ingame and see some of their shading styles and kinda combine them all into the hair

idk if that makes any sense at all lol

@molten herald I'm afraid a good portion of the wolves about would be outside of the grid when in-game
Maybe try placing it into an empty grid (there's an image you can use in the pinned messages).
I also (personally) think the eyes are a bit tiny and slim, so could be bigger
The noses of both the guy and the werewolf could use some highlights, they're wet and thus a little reflective!
Another thing I see is lines being a bit wobbly, specifically for the wolfie around the mouth(+it's shading) and the jaws shading, above the snout and the ears shading. I'm not sure what app you're using but most apps have a stabiliser and bezier/curve line tool!
The hair has a bit of a high hairline + hair and shirt could use some more shading

That was all over the place but I hope that made sense. It's a really cute design though 🥺🥺

Finally have time! Okay so I feel the eyes are very high and the mask leads very high up, hairline is also pretty high. The hair itself looks very fancy and nice but it's a little flat, especially on the left side (in my opinion).
The eyes eyebrows are also barely visible and I suggested making them black or paines gray so that it matches other skins.
As for the shirt and masks shading in the blueish teal parts it looks a little odd. The two darkest shades are very desaturated, while the next colour after that is super saturated. It doesn't match. Try sticking to similarly saturated colours when it comes to shading.

I also suggest changing up the background a bit, as it pretty similar to the background item of an older battle pass (see below)

Here is an idea on how to shade the hair,,

As a tip, don't use pure black but more of an artificial black which is just a very very dark grey.
That way you can shade things better.

I also sketched out an idea to change the eyes a bit my making the edge sharper, and also in blue and red a few changes/ideas

Red = shape change
Blue = shading change
It's purposely that one blue is less saturated than the other because I'd always advice shading with two shading colours ✨💕

Same for the hair btw, gives it more dimension and depth
