Just be careful with some outlines on the red crystals, even white lines are considered as outlines. And, about the hair, there are some parts that need a little improvement on the shading, the part below, is an example:

Your shading isn't bad at all, it's just some details that aren't fitting, like the front shade and the side-hair shape. They must follow the hair line and the correct lighting.

🟢 Green → Hair growing line, you can use this as a guide line to know in which direction the hair should go. It applies to both sides, left and right.

🔵 Blue → The hair line related with the head, it should follow it in order to make the hair more realistic. If you don't follow, probably it will looks like the head has an weird anatomy.

🔴 Red → The shading line. Painted places represent shade, non-painted represent parts where you can fix the shape, and the circles, represent places where the shade needs improvement.

-the girls eyeshadow looks really weird, most likely because of the black line above. maybe the color too
-altough the cats eyes are funny, they dont fit with the theme and is a little out of place, the cat paws are weird too
-why is the teeth of the girl colored like a skin color? maybe make it white more because now it looks weird
-the airpods looks a little out of place, especially for the lost dog/cat theme
-the fg for the girl looks a little weird, because it has no depth (the rolled up paper)
apart from that, it looks amazing!

First of all.. I'd remove the blue dots. Then - the upper part of the lip and the bottom part have to touch at some point. So you'd have to connect them.
The details are just way too small, so I'd make them bigger or remove them.

And the lips should be connected to the corners

ok so, it looks really good! i like it a lot! anyways, maybe some points you can work on:

-im not sure if the freckles will be visible with other skin tones maybe try to see if it fits with other skin tones and edit it where needed
-the lighter brown bang has no shading on the top and looks pretty bland/not like hair because of that, try to add a little more shading onto it
-the hat looks pretty flat, it looks very 2D in comparison to all other parts of the design
-the black shirt is pretty bland looking, but it also takes away the style if you add something else onto it, it is fine, but keep that in mind maybe before you want to submit it to #dev-vote

overall it looks amazing and most of the things above can easily be fixed, keep up the good work @eager sand!

@little badger Normally, to shade hair you always will follow the hair growing line and the outside lighting. The hair shape can turn things a bit different between each type of hair, but you just need to follow the drawing of the hair locks.
If you find these lines on the design, this could make the job easy. 👀
